The E-Vision is made on new design philosophy, Impact Design 2.0. The concept makes use of exquisite materials and looks really futuristic. Now, new images of the Tata E-Vision concept have emerged on the internet.
The images show the concept casually parked beside a building. Why the concept was lying there instead of being at an auto show or a Tata centre, is currently unknown.
Tata motors had shared some pictures of E-Vision before its unveiling at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show. However, the newly-revealed images look real.
A design attracts everybody. One of the main design features is aluminium ‘Humanity Line’ that runs around the car. It has 21-inch alloy wheels and also frameless doors.
Inside, the concept is finished with a combination of leather and wood. The instrument console doubles as display with retractable touchscreen at the centre of the dashboard.
The official render from earlier has dashboard with 3 displays present inside at front.
Coming to the technology, it has Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), drive analytics, geospatial navigation among others.
While most claim that the E-Vision is aimed to be an all-electric premium sedan, rumours also suggest that it could be a C-segment sedan. The C-segment sedan market is now dominated by the Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Maruti Ciaz.
This car coming with all new drive system can travel 300 km on single charge and will create a new chapter in Indian car market if released.
Being at the concept stage, many features may or may not make it into production. However, Tata Motors is trying to make a better model keeping in mind the future needs.
