5. Renault Kwid:

This car would have beaten Alto if it had the extensive dealership network similar to Maruti. Powered by 799cc 3 cylinder engine producing 53bhp and 72nm torque connected to 5 speed manual gearbox, the 1 liter version has optional automatic gearbox. With a mileage of 25.17, the starting price of this is 2.66 lacs ex-showroom.

4. Maruti Alto 800:
This car realized the car dream of many middle class people and is still the top selling car in India. This car has 799cc engine with a power of 48bhp and 69nm torque with 5 speed manual gearbox. Mileage is 24.7 and starting price is 2.66 lacs.

3. Datsu Redigo:
With huge demand in small hatchbacks in India, Datsun launched this to cash on it. This car has 799cc with a 5-speed gearbox producing 53bhp power and 72nm torque. It has another variant of 1 liter engine that has optional gearbox. Starting at a price of 2.5 lacs this gives a mileage of 22.7.

2. Maruti Alto K10:
This model started in 2010 is a bit larger than Alto and has 1000cc engine producing 67bhp power and 90nm torque with option of 5-speed manual or automatic gearbox. Starting at a price of 3.45 lacs, this gives a mileage of 24.07.

This entry level car from Tata gave the company the all needed success with latest design and two new engines Revatron and Revotorq and is ruling the roost in this segment. Available with 1.2 and 1.05 liter variants with 5 speed manual and automatic transmission, this produces a power of 84 bhp and 114nm torque. Starting at a price of 3.46, this gives a mileage of 23.84.

2018 Hyundai Creta Facelift variants and features:
Arrangements are being made by Hyundai to launch the 2018 facelift version of Hyundai Creta. We already published that the bookings have been started and now variants and features got leaked.

This will be available in 6 different variants. E, E+, S, SX, SX dual tone and SX(o).

In terms of design, this one has cascading grill, skid plates, dual tone bumper, split tail cluster, projector headlamps, day running LED lights, and 17 inch alloy wheels.

It will be available in two colors, payson orange and marine blue with black sunroof with dual tone paint scheme with the regular phantom black roof polar white dual tone as usual.

In terms of safety, it has dual front airbags, ABS as standards across all variants. The top end has 6 airbags, electronic stability control, hill assist, rear parking sensors and camera and ISOFIX child seat mounts.

It will be sold with the same engine options, 1.4 liter diesel, 1.6 liter diesel, and 1.6 liter petrol. While 1.6 liter has the option of manual or automatic gearbox, 1.4 liter is available with 5 speed manual gearbox.

The new facelift version is coming with many latest features with updated exterior and interior and may release by the end of this month.
